Gay Terrorism – Why Is This Not A Hate Crime?

Burly Gay Men harassing an elderly woman, spray painting hate slogans on churches, interrupting a sermon, sending letters with a powdering (anthrax?) substance to LDS temples and burning scriptures on a church door step.

Why are these not considered Hate Crimes?

Wake up, America, these people may not represent Gay and Lesbians everywhere, but they sure are sending a message and it is not a message of tolerance.

  1. Maybe when gay people are worthy of being capable of targets of hate crimes, then they might join the ranks of worthy of being accused of them.

There’s no hate crime legislation which protects gay people – why should these other people have special rights.
